If it bothered me then I would say yes. If not, I would then I would say no. I would be honest. The neighbor would be a good neighbor for inquiring, and could likely adjust the practice schedule around when you are absent.

Only after 8:00 in the evening and before 8:00 in the morning..and on weekends when I sleep in,,and in the Winter and Summer...Autumn is alright if she does it outdoors...and in the Spring if she does it at her friends house in Timbuktu...otherwise it just doesn't bother me at all..I think she should practice !
