try this .... on ur (My profile) page , look next to ur photo to the right ...

Edit my info .
Press edit my info.
then u can change it from , no pic to use my avatar ... !
this could be the problem .,!
It takes some time to change. Give it a few minutes.
Mine took a day or two to switch on its own. Maybe yours is just slow like mine and hasn't switched yet.

It take awhile to change.
Exit YA and then sign back in. It should be changed at that point...
i hate that last time it didn't take a few minutes it took weeks..
