Question: Avoid it? By removing all electical items from yours house that could - in any way - broadcast their music.
After that, when you leave the house, wear ear defenders, everywhere you go. If visiting friends or family, also take a blindfold, in case they have the TV station tuned on to MCR.
This seems somewhat extreme I'll grant you, but it's 100% effective. :)
If you're looking for a more practical way to deal with it, when you see any MCR music appearing on your TV, PC or hear it on the radio, change channels, and/or avoid stations/websites where you know they play their music regularly.

Set ur sound to minimum then stuff ur ears with some cotton pieces !
Change the radio channel just as the song's starting.
there's no way until u listen to more creepy music of twiztid.

Avoid Rocker Drugies.
Avoid Rock on the Radio...
stab knitting needles into your ears... or you could just switch to a different station.
They don't even get much play time anymore. I don't even hear there music on T.V/radio anymore.
