maybe the one who cares the most tries to patch it up? someone has to do it.. if one person is slacking the other one has to pick it up, that's how that works..even if it's you, thats how you make it work long term,, when this goes on for a decade, and you poop out, the other person should pick up the slack..
if no one steps forward, it just gets swept under the rug, after a while there are alot of wounds just getting swept under the rug, and the rug will tear, and expose all the hurt,and if you can't fix the small wounds, how can you fix the big ones? there will be no way of going back to fix them anymore, it's a permanent hole in your heart, you'll both just end up not loving each other anymore in the end, and it won't be as painful, if you don't love each other, it won't hurt as bad when you leave each other.
