I think it's b/c it just happened, and anytime people need to adjust to change, it's difficult. Many are comfy doing what they are used to. Disrupt this cycle and boy are they irritated.
I think it is romantic, you can have an early date and still leave in the dark. So that means wearing after 5clothes after 5!

What's bad is that most people didn't seem to know that we were on Daylight Savings Time and were going back onto Standard Time. They seemed to think we were going onto Daylight Savings Time.
I'm a little confused about it. I always thought that there was a certain day of the year that you had to push the clock back an hour. How could it be decided one year to push off that date?!

im not sure. a lot of people in my school didn't know it was this sunday which is kind of weird because it says it on the homework agendas we are given ... i like daylight savings time because now when i get up there is light and it helps me get up and be more charismatic then waking up to darkness and moping around. but i love it in the spring when the nights are longer because during the summer i love to stay out longer. sorry this is much more then you asked but i felt like sharing
Think of it as a current event. It just happened, so people are thinking about it. And the next time you wonder why people are asking questions about that, remember you just asked a question about it, too.

Because you are one of the lucky ones! It drives a lot of people nuts to "lose" an hour of sleep now. So I think it just affects a lot of people and they have to talk about it and get others to voice their opinions too!
