What are some good food to take with medication?!

Question: I take 2 medications that are prescribed to me by my doctor that are required to be taken with a meal that contains atleast 10 grams of fat.
Co-Q10 and another medication I do not wish to disclose have been prescribed to me by my doctor.

The problem is that I don't like to eat breakfast. I usually drink 2-3 glasses of skim milk. I drink Skim because I simply do not like the taste of any of the others. I've been trying to find ideas for what else I can have with it that I can eat quickly that I don't have to cook. The longer I wait to eat something the less and less appetising it seems.

So far the only thing I can think of to eat in the morning with my skim milk is chocolate covered fudge grahams. They have 5 grams of fat each, so I eat 2, but I can't eat these everyday.
