I don't like it, but how does one really know? I just try to be careful and when I am 100% sure, I block them.

I already have. That one contact that I have that has the picture of Stewie Griffin. They are such a troll!
Try to talk the person out of it. Reason with the person. If I couldn't get them to change, then block contact with them.
