I think that it is just human nature to flirt. As long as you do not cross the line and act upon the flirting I really do not see anything wrong with it. You both should feel comfortable with and if one person is not then the other should back off and respect the boundaries of all parties involved.

They think that you can't or should not do anything except what is right in their own minds. That God I don't follow the crowd. I do what I please and when I please and I'll be danm if anyone dictates to me how I live.
Unfortunately there are too many people participating that don't know the difference - not always, but sometimes turns into obsession, meeting, affairs, etc.
Some people can keep it harmless and some can't - unfortunately you only hear about the ones who can't.
It can also be dangerous ground for someone with a shaky marriage looking to this as an escape (or more). Some really great people online and also some real freaks.
