Question: so today is my first snow day of the year, heck yes!!! we got like 2 ft of snow last night in the u.p. pretty frickin' sweet, is it snowing anywhere else???

Where is it snowing ? I live in Florida and it is in the 60's headed for the mid 70's.
I live up in the mountains of Colorado. Our first snow day was about a month ago. We have 2 ski resorts already open for the year.

Lucky. It has only been raining in Massachusetts.
51 headed for 70 with lots of sunshine. Not even a light frost predicted for tonight. Not even a light frost yet. I mowed for the last time yesterday. No need to rake leaves quite yet. But I remember a year when we had a hard frost on September 9. Then it warmed up and didn't frost again until January 6. And that AM we woke up to 6 degrees. And had to go to school anyway.
no snow here in southeast PA but it is going to be cold enough tonight, down in the twenties.
