Green! Mostly because not only does it stand out the most, in the packet... But there was actually a very famous myth regarding Green M&M's, back in the late 60's and 70's. Supposedly, one of the chemicals used to make the dye had aphrodisiac properties. The lore was unfounded. But the sight of green M&M's always makes me smile. So, it's still green for me.
