I think they can be spiteful at times
yes. i asked if there were trolls in other categories or just P&S, they deleted the question.
i asked if people got their accounts deleted for no reason, they deleted the question.
i finally (after 3 violations in a row) told Y!A to bite me, that was also deleted.
