Personally, I wouldn't get one but.. I support the right of women to have that choice. I just think their should be stricter requirements before a woman recieves one. I think she should have to talk to someone who has undergone the procedure. When my friend got one, she wasn't prepared for the guilt she felt afterwards. She like swung into a depressive mode and eventhough now, she seems her normal self again, she is still extrememly sensitive to stories about little kids being murdered or abused. Little things on tv will cause her to break out in tears. She told me of this nightmare she had where she pictures a little baby reaching out for her to save as he's being "sucked" out. Of course this is probably an extreme to which she's gone but I'm sure she's not the only woman who has felt this way and I just think their should be like required counceling or something more to make sure these women can deal with their decisions

Against in most cases, but I do think in some very special situations it is a rational procedure to do.
I am for contraceptive methods and also I would reduce the maximum time for abortions to 8 weeks. In these days a woman must know !!!!! 12 weeks is just too long to wait.
it all depands on the situation, people not being carefull , practicing unprotected sex and taking abortion as an easy way out? then i am against it. but some girls get pregnant by mistake, they r young and have a long life ahead with many oppurtunities then it is ok to go for abortion this way they will consentrate on studies and career and be someone otherwise they will be mothers and have to leave studies and take care of the kid that's not fair to anyone is it?
