My sleeping patterns are so screwed up nothing seems to make a difference. Sometimes I go to sleep early and then am up at 3 am like this am and sometimes I can't get to sleep and am up until 3 or 4 am and then still wake up at 6 or 7am. That's when I fall asleep early again and the pattern continues. Drives me crazy!

yes, I use to get up at around 5:00am, but now I am getting up at 4:00am.

i didn't have to change i live in arizona but i hate that it's dark at 5:15 in the morning when i leave for work. at least during daylight savings time it was pretty light. i can't see the cop cars now.
Its getting dark at 9 and I keep sleeping in, clocks went forward here
