I reaaallly like Monoclonal, as in Monoclonal Antibodies. I can throw that one around for work occasionally. That Jane Fonda circa 1978 haircut is fabulous, as is "circa." I would use it. Go for it.

Yes, and the one I want to use is quite similar in its word root.
I'd like to 'circumnavigate' something, but circumnavigating the living room just doesn't have the same impact as circumnavigating the Earth.
