Surprisingly, alot of big corporations have a ritual of sorts mostly to get inspired before your shift begins. As silly as it may sound, Wal-Mart is one of the Nations Largest Corporations if not the Largest.
I've heard them do it, I think they do it during store meetings also, but I suppose that is a store to store thing.
