What are some decent ways of scolding someone?!
Question: put a bucket or absolutley red hot water on top of a partly open door ( it will stay up because it rests on the top of the door and the frame) so that when someone pushes / pulls the door to go in the bucket falls and spills on their head !
that way you can be as far away as you want so they cant get you back - you could always blame someone else too seen as they actually scolded their self seen as they opened the door lol

I recommend time out, get a timer if their bad put them in time out for 5-10 minutes and when the timer dings they can come out of their "time out" chair...or whatever it might be you decide to use
If you want to make a realimpact on someone, then you need to first let go of the anger. Do not raise your voice, tell them exactly what the transgression is, and how to correct it, and how to prevent it in the future. Then let it go.
I wouldn't talk of scolding if i want to do it in a decent manner i'd rather use correcting. And how you do it? simple, calm down first then tell that someone their mistake and why you feel its wrong and the reason as to why they shouldn't repeat it again. Also let them know the consequences of repeating the same.
