I didnt threaten, I grabbed him by the throat and threw him against the door. I had never even raised my voice and work before and never have since. Really shocked the **** out of some people, especially him....

Yes, a prat i work with disrepected me and i told him if he ever sayed another word i would kick hes head in, he has never said a single word to me again. He deserved it though, believe me!

it really was not a threat. if he was going to conitnue with his action i was actually going to drop a pipe wrench on his head. Iwas working right above him at the time and had a 36" pipe wrench in my hand at he was talking **** to me. some people are just stupid.
many times, I am in the restaurant biz, did you see the movie waiting? that was actually quite tame in comparison to the things I have seen in the last 27 years, trust me, they left alot out. I have beaten the crap out of co workers, customers and 1 restaurant owner. I still have 3 owners who wont get near me, they owe me money. quite fulfilling and stress releaving.
