Well done. I don't want the meat moving at all, or mooing, when I go to eat it. Or else it goes back to be killed. lol

no matter what kind of meat steak it is, I have to have it Well Done... brown through-out same on the outside...
Any hint of pink makes me vomit.. the smell even gets my stomach curling...

let it sit a bit after you cook it to let the juices settle.
Nice and pink in the middle. "Still mooing" as my husband likes to say. He likes his like someone here said well in to the after life. He’s the only one though my kids all love their steak like me. One will even a little less done then mine. He will dips his bite in the bloody juice.
Very well done. I don't like it pink inside. Believe me, well done can be done right and still be nice and tender.
