Just inside your ear or your nose, I find those the most annoying! The one on the back used to bother me a lot, but I learned a trick or two while out camping with my boys (Cub Scouts): just find a tree if you're outside, or a door/door jamb or even a corner that sticks out from the wall, & move your back side-to-side or up & down to scratch it. Ahhhhh ... relief!
