Right between my eyebrows.
under my pillow, cuz I usually go to sleep!
I massage my temples with lavender oil....usually does the trick :)
On my forhead and I start massaging.
(Why does that sound... dirty...?)
Around and alcoholic beverage... may as well back it up!!
Either my husband performs Accupressure or I just put on a magnetic mask and go sleep it off in a dark room, no noise.
at the back of my neck. (right spot for migraines)
or i'll be chewing my nails as i ache *eww*
