It's not my boss, he's awesom(so are my co-workers) but I am looking for other and better jobs though. I was supposed to get a raise last month and they turned me down. I go in when someone calls off(even on my off days) worked by myself, worked 10 days straight, given 150% and then slapped in the face.... My boss and his boss say it's the company, so I'm about to tell them(the company) to drive off a cliff in a burning car, BUT not before I get a new job to back me up on lol.

I actually love my boss. On the otherhand, my soon to be former co -workers are uneducated jacka!!es.
But you should take a walk and clear your mind before you get to that point.
