Worse! My first day at a new job the person who I was supposed to meet with to show me the ropes was a guy. I walk in the door and there is a guy standing there back to to me. I said you must be Matt. He turns around and NOPE he was a she and her name was Suzanne. OMG! I was humiliated I almost lost my lunch. I'm not one to be embarrassed easily. But I must have turned about 6 shades of red before I just said "Sorry I'm looking for Matt could you tell me where I could find him?"
She was a little shot with me for a while but we ended up being great friends:)
