Question: My wife took one look at Mystery and said "the mystery is why anyone would sleep with him."
We're both over 38, so we may not be seeing this show with the proper perspective. Is this guy a real Casanova, or is he just full of it?

Not only saw the show, but read the book "The Game" as well. I agree with your wife about the appeal of Mystery, especially after reading the book, he's kind of a freak. However, I do think the techniques work as far as breaking the ice with strangers in a bar, and that's really half the battle in hooking up with someone. Still, it's a long way from getting a phone number to getting an acutal date and even further to getting them in bed. So I think it works as an opener, but you need more than techniques to keep the interest up.
