I totally agree with you. I've noticed it with butter more than anything. The price increase is due to the severe flooding we had a few months back. The rain washed away 90% of the crops so they have had to put up prices to regain costs. Watch out for crisps and biscuits as the price of them will be going up soon.

Not doubled but they have gone up slightly in price

Not totally double but increasing prices

I agree that they have =)

I don't shop, my parents do, but of all of the other products that have increased due to inflation, I would believe that those items have increased in price. I hope I helped! Have a great morning!

The Fat Thanksgiving Turkey

Hardly doubled, But yes milk has went up about 10p for a 2L bottle in recent weeks

I agree I buy a lot of milk and cheese, almost 4 dollars for a gallon of milk is ridiculous

soon they will be doubled, but not just yet

they have gone up, but not doubled

yes they have
have u seen the price of petrol today?
why does nothing ever come down ?

Sure has. But the money farmers get for the milk has only risen about 15- 20%. A lot of small farms are going under because the farmers can't get enough money from their products to stay afloat, yet the companies that buy the farmers products to make into foodstuffs are having record sales month after month. A lot of farmers around here are finding they can make tons of money by selling the land to developers and ruining the picturesque countryside with scads of cheaply built ugly houses, which makes me mad.

I don't think it's doubled but it's gone up a hell of a lot. Lucky for me that I don't buy cheese or butter!
Pity the price the farmers get hasn't gone up by the same amount! More profits for the supermarkets!!!!!!

yes i agree but everything has gone up but the most used excuse is because petrol has gone up which i can understand what i can't understand is there excuse for petrol going up when you regulary hear things like tesco made 140 billion in profit this year so are these large shopping facilities taking us for granted now 99% on small family shops have been forced out of business so most of us have no choice but to shop at them.

yes I agree...and gasoline is outrageous, too
