Do you answer private calls?!
Question: Someone called my phone last night private and I almost answered but I didn't. But then two minutes later, I got a text message. Now this made me think that the same person who made that call was text messaging me. But she swore that it wasn't her. Does that make sense to you? Hmmm..............

If it's my cell, then yes. I know several ppl that have private numbers. If it's the house phone, no, they can leave a message.

I always answer my private calls because my friend's house is a private number. And u should just pick up the phone next time.. what can it hurt?
I don't answer private calls, I like to know who is calling before I answer the phone. So, if someone is calling, and I am busy or can't talk to that person I can make a choice to answer or not.

It's either a coincidence or not. I wouldn't put too much thought into it. However, for your initial question.. I do not answer "private" calls or "unknown name, unknown number" calls because it's always a solicitor wanting to bother me for some stupid reason. Right now we have this time share thing calling us every single freakin' day! I finally answered the phone and yelled every nasty word I could think of...
Come to think of it... I haven't heard from them in a few days. Maybe it worked?
One time I sensed someone was calling me when my phone was on silent and sure enough, i picked up my phone to hear it ringing. Something is going on my friend....something is going on....o.O =]
