No, but we need to implement a policy whereby you have to get some sort of licence to have a kid and if you get knocked up by accident you have to get rid of it. And if you go ahead and have a kid, it will be taken away and used for research in laboratories instead of using those poor animals. I tell you, the threat of that will stop all these idiots with their careless breeding which, lets face it, is the thing that is really killing the planet.
