Who or what keeps you sane when you feel like you're gonna lose it?!


Question: when i'm at the brink of losing it? nothing. you gotta let it out sometimes. because the more you hold back, the more easier it is for you to totally lose it the next time round.

it's like a bottle of champagne. you shake it and you pop it open. you don't shake it and wait for the next occasion to pop it open.

and it depends on the circumstance of losing it and to keep it under control. but i say, when you're at the BRINK at it, just let it go. before you go insane for being the good 'martyr', or whatever the reason.
