no its been almost 15 years and for some reason I am still having a really hard time letting go of it

No I havent letting go means having to be uncomfortable before you can find that comfort zone again. I like dont like being uncomfortable, but I am hoping that one day I will be able to let go and accept things for what they are!

letting go is the hardest thing to do, and until now theres this pain.....
The big Question that most of us have .It is such a personal journey for each of us and how we deal with it .The one thing i have learnt is this ~there are 2 days you don't think / or worry about
1~Yesterday as its been and gone and you cant changed what happened and 2~tomorrow as it not here yet ~Today is and you can choose how you want to spend it enjoy it love it have gratitude for all that you have stay in the present keep the focus on the here and now :-)))
For the most part yes, I have let go and I am moving on!!
