What is the earliest you saw someone put up their Christmas decorations? My Neig!

Are you sure you're not in the Philippines, bro? lol.. Most families here have their Christmas decors up by September, the month which serves as the front act leading to the merry -ber months and to the December holidays finale.
I find Christmas decors and lights a good therapy. When Im mad I just have to look at them and they pacify me. I don't know what exactly does that, but I guess it's the Christmas childhood memories that makes me forget even for a while, that I'm now an adult with a bunch of worries and troubles to face and hurdle.
So I say it's never too early for Christmas decors. It's good for the spirit :)

lol...we got some people around here who never take their lights down.now that is lazy.
i have neighbors who have not even taken them down from last year. so too early' i have not even seen that yet.

My mother decorated her apartment with lights and tinsel, and that was in the last few weeks of October.
She even gave me a Christmas card and a toy wombat as an early present xD
September isn't so bad, what's wrong with starting early? I like the way my house looks during the Christmas Season, it's bright and cheerful. I'm slowly starting to put lights up and such when I can grab my hubbo to do so, I plan on getting my tree the first weekend of December!
I KNOW OF ONE PLACE NEAR HERE WHERE THEY LEAVE THE XMAS DECORATIONS UP ALL YEAR, ITS TOTALLY RIDICULOUS !!!! SPEAKING OF ADDICTIONS !!!
