What are you really, really, scared of?!

Question: You missed
it.
While the sky busted up the clouds
you sat waiting, poised.
While the sea sank its borders
you played scrabble in a smoky room.
While the forest begged for air
you blamed the
chalk-faced preacher
and his wooden words.
While
the bear lay fat and quiet
you piled tinder
on the constant rail.
While the wind farmed dust in the streets
of anywhere
you sang the old gospels
one by one
on a farm with
too green corn
and all the while, the meter maid
was counting minutes and the
bear became
fat and grew dreams
in a dirt bunker and all
the while
as you waited dreamless
in your backyard clothes
broad cloth clinging to your old man bones
the thundering
tick
tock
swept clean the old days
and the whistle blew
your train
straight on through
the station.

I fear that I am wasting my life

we are always asked
to understand the other person's
viewpoint
no matter how
out-dated
foolish or
obnoxious.

one is asked
to view
their total error
their life-waste
with
kindliness,
especially if they are
aged.

but age is the total of
our doing.
they have aged
badly
because they have
lived
out of focus,
they have refused to
see.

not their fault?

whose fault?
mine?

I am asked to hide
my viewpoint
from them
for fear of their
fear.

age is no crime

but the shame
of a deliberately
wasted
life

among so many
deliberately
wasted
lives

is.

Failure is my biggest fear.

while the sky busted up the clouds

Ending up with a roast chicken on my head.

never becoming someone important

i lost someone i really love

that fish in jaws

I am afraid that cooked turkey on your head might mold and eat your brain.

Missing the train.
Peace.

bumpy penises.

Fear is an illusion.

lol. such a cute lil turkey on your head. not really scared of anything but the dark, if thers no light whatsoever and cant see my hand in front of my face.

I'm scared that I'll end up normal some day, how boring.

Rodents of any kind: rats, hamsters, gerbils, mice, guinea pigs, but, strangely, not ferrets. Don't know why that is.

If someday for some reason I can't provide for my children.

thank you for always giving a beginning to my day...
my biggest fear is to lose one of my sons... especially to not ever know what happened to them...

media Ockra see

and the white house laundry - wink

Life slipping by and not being lived to the fullest...

Dying ALONE

"Perfect trust casteth out fear". Mmm

I fear that one day you'll be seriously fed up with Y!A and leave us and we won't have a person like you to make us smile and laugh at times.

The greatest crime against humanity is a life of "what could of Been" It should be what can I do

i loved that so much that i just took off my pants...

Sad poem Buk!

I fear the rath of Chuck Norris and being smothered.

YOU are SO deep Buk!! My biggest fear is dyeing before I ever find true happiness.

Nothing......I've seen the elephant. I made it through. The reaper walked right by me and left me alone. I held the hand of the dying. I've seen where we are going...what is left to fear. It is time to enjoy life. You won't get a second chance.

That wooden spoon that's stuck where it's not suppose to be. "Shudders"
