as far as I know they are all closed.
I would guess banks, federal/state buildings, and libraries would all be closed but you could call your local library and see for sure. :)
Veterans day was yesterday...
yesturday was veterns day they just gave today off because they have to give a day off for all fedaral holidays!!
the day was yesterday, today is off for students. Don't see why it wouldn't be opened
most government offices and libraries are closed, as well as many trash pick up services delayed until tomorrow
