Good for the shoppers bad for the merchants. I love reward points when they are awarded to me. I hate them when customers use those credit cards in my store. We the merchant pay higher fees so that you the customer may be rewarded. I don't use my reward cards in mom and pop establishments. They work hard enough with out being made to reward me.
