the only thing that is so great about my neighborhood is that the liquor store is less then 30 seconds away.

I like everything about my neighborhood. It is cozy. We have great neighbors. Quiet and peaceful.
It is a well-kept area, the best school dist. and very diverse. I happen to have my house for sale, if only the market didn't suck right now, it is very desireable (neighborhood)
Um...I dunno, I haven't lived there long, but I LOVE the view from the front o' my house, a beautiful lake!
I just moved... and my new neighborhood is great! the neighbors are all pretty friendly towards one another, kids are able to play outside until way after dark ... without fear!!!! the last place I lived we heard gunshots each day and kids were not allowed outside on weekends, because the shootings more than doubled
It's one of the safest communities in Canada.
Good restaurants
Nothing really for me....but if a person liked the simple life, this would be the place to be. It's a tiny little town where everybody knows everybody, a small little main street built in the early 1900s, miles from anywhere. But if I had to say, the only good thing for me, is that my house is paid for and the pay at my job is very good and my parents and brother(and his family) live here now too.
