Do you define your work or does it define you? or both?!
Question: I use to work as a nurse and loved helping people until I became unable to stand on my feet all those hours. Now, I am my own boss as a Senior Mary Kay Consultant and I work when I feel like it and I believe my work defines me because both careers are geared to helping people in one way or another.

Both, I am self employed.
both...in many ways really. Without my job, I wouldn't be half the person I see myself as, and I would have probably zero confidence.

when im actually blowing glass i define the work...when doing all the prep work in the shop the work defines me... so a bit of both ..with out one there is not the other...eat molten glass ..make art ... live free... run naked...
neither do...i dont work....haha =)
