I had an egg sammich on whole wheat and a few blueberries. Not a feast, but it was yummy and healthy! You sure don't see that combination alot.

Well I had a beef vegi soup and of course it can,t be complete with out the jiff and man was it good. Oh I did add a little bit of Cayenne pepper to it to give it a little kick.
