I heard that a woman (at my company) fell down on the ground and threw a screaming tantrum in front of HR when she was informed they were going to fire her.

They ended up keeping her and giving her a promotion.

Well I thought people were protected through something like affirmative action from getting fired by doing the pee pee dance.

In my experience, HR people are apathetic and unintelligent. If they cared, they'd probably fire you for discriminating against less endowed gentlemen by rubbing it in their face.
