There's chocolate milk in my keyboard. What should I do?!

Question: Help!!!

Answers: Help!!!

Disconnect it and stick it in the bathtub with enough water to cover it. Slosh it around until all the chocolate milk is out. Then take it out and let it dry thoroughly. The suggestion of upside down might be a good idea. Anyway, after it is completely dry with no moisture at all in it (maybe a couple of days), reconnect it and it should be OK to use. Liquid and water will only hurt it if you try to use it while wet. I truly couldn't believe this when my husband did it to my keyboard, but it worked. Hubby is an electrical engineer. Says that all the parts in electronics like keyboards are thoroughly washed before the keyboard is put together and water will not hurt it.

get a straw

Get you a straw

Get a new keyboard

Turn it upside down and let it dry out overnight.
