If you were serving a Thanksgiving turkey, and it slipped off the platter and fe!

Question: would you just rinse it off real well and serve it anyways. Assume that nobody saw it happen, everyone is very hungry and ready to eat.

Answers: would you just rinse it off real well and serve it anyways. Assume that nobody saw it happen, everyone is very hungry and ready to eat.

maybe depends on if my family is there or my husbands, now if his family was there then YES i would rinse it off, but if it were my family then NO, i would throw it out and eat something else.

eeeeeww!! NO way, that grosses me out.

No way. Taxoplasmosis!

na, i wouldn't even take the time to rinse it off. i mean, my familys all hillbillys, they'd love the added flavor!!! LOL!!! I'm just joking!!!

I could not in good conscience serve it.

NOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

First I would wonder why the cat was taking a **** in the kitchen!

god no I would run out and get fillet Mignon instead

depends if the litter box was fresh or not.

haha gutted - prob but not serve the skin

Changed my mind I thought litter box was the bin not kitty litter yuk yuk yuk

No way. I think I would just go by some barbeque lol or something thats already cooked. Maybe roasted chicken but definitely not serve that turkey. Good idea though

not if it fell in the litter box!! the litter box is full of the nastiest nasties there are. no way would i eat or serve anything that fell into a litter box. gross.

That's disgusting. No way. Time to order Chinese.

that is just disgusting homie NO WAY

does the 5 second rule apply in this case?

I would hope a litter box wouldn't be in the kitchen or dining room...?

Are you still pickin your nose?
Nose pickin is gross!

5 second rule dude! Bon appetit!

haha.maybe

wait....did it land next to a poo pile?

no i wouldn't, if a pregnant woman can't change the kitty litter because of the diseases their fecces carry, then why would you want to rinse it off and serve it......ewww so gross

No way--I think they would notice. It's not like you can just get the smell of urine out of food.

absolutely not

hahahaha, o.k. Nobody is going to come to my house now but here goes. yes, I would serve it but I wouldn't eat. There I said it.

Nope, we'd all have to go out and eat somewhere else. But it wouldn;t happen in my place, no cats!

f*ck no! one time my dog dragged the turkey my mother had cooked off the kitchen counter and started eating it before anyone had a chance to get it away from her. my mom was PISSED OFF.

NO! Most of the time cat litter contains chemicals that are bad if ingested by humans. Plus, cat urine and feces touching the turkey would be nasty. Even if I washed it off I still would not be able to eat it because I know what happened to it.

No, but really, why would you carry the serving platter right over the litter box? No matter how small you're housed, you shouldn't have the litterbox right underneath the dinner table or next to the kitchen counter.

depends on whos eating it.... lol jk

If there's no poop in the catbox then just wash it off !!

That would be a great way to kill your in-laws. But I really like my in-laws, so no, I wouldn't serve it. I would tell everyone and see what they thought. I'm sure some might be okay with removing the skin (which is designed to protect you from all kinds of things) and eating the meat underneath, especially if you toss it in the oven at 450 degrees to kill any additional bacteria.

For 1 thing that is SO GROSS!, and another I guess somebody isn't eating turkey for Thanksgiving!
