A decent pair of shoes (ones that will maintain decent traction even while wet) ... shorts and a t-shirt. (Maybe a pair of goggles if we're using high-pressure water-guns & water balloons coming outta launchers)
I wouldn't want to get my clothes wet so probably a bright red raincoat, hat and wellies.
