Obviously, it's Pepsi. 9 out of 10 Veterinarians will tell you nothing cures a cat's ailments like a good bath in Pepsi. For those hard-to-cure diseases, you need to use Cherry Pepsi. It's the only way.

Coke :)

ummm coke i think but i am not that really sure

Coke ?

Coke, coke has enough acid to dissolve battery deposits, I'm sure it'll kill a tick!

It's basically the same thing, so I don't really think it matters. =)

Which ever's more readily available.

Call the vet, to be sure which one.

Coke

I wouldn't worry about the cat as much as yourself. I tried to give a cat a bath once, and it bout killed/clawed me to death before ripping down the shower curtian and hightailin it out the house!

Good luck!!!

coke sounds right

Humm...I never heard of this, and I live in tick central. Good luck washing you cat in anything.

coke:)

crazzzy, as long as you removed the whole tick and the head is not still inside the body, the cat will be fine . . .

coke cause it stronger than pepsi

Neither. I wouldn't bathe my cat in soda.
Go to the store and get some tick medicine.

Since we're talking about a cat here .... its better to be safe than sorry .... use both .... and put little straws in the basin so the ticks can sip that soda also.

Probably coke, that ****'ll clean out your radiator, might get a tick off your cat, too.

I can't state a source to back me up but I have heard older people tell about weired cures and remedies using Coca Cola and I think I heard it said applying after a tic bite is OK to do with no harm to the animal.

um..you probably shouldn't wash your cat in either!!! but i like coke!

Its coke

Coke.

Either would make a mess of your cat. Your cat won't die. My animals get multiple tick bites a year, and they all live. We even get occasional tick bites from being out and about on the farm. I live in grand tick country, and have NEVER heard of washing a cat in soda to deal with ticks. The best thing to do is just remove the tick, if the area is irritated, just a bit of hydrogen peroxide on a cotton ball. Frontline does a good job of keeping ticks at bay, as does rubbing the animal with sage (ticks don't like sage).

It's probably coke...
random fact: cops use coke to get blood off of the streets in highway accidents, that's how acidic it is.

Well, they both probably work, they're pretty similar.
Traditionally, the answer is Coke.

lmao u said u were goin nutty!!!! lol dat sounds so dirty! lol anyways coke lol

I've never heard of that.

Use a proper flea/tick shampoo (or a flea dip, like sulfur-lime dip from your vet--it's cheap and SUPER-smelly, but it'll kill what ails her!) and put some antibiotic ointment where you removed the tick.

If you can't handle washing her, at least put on the antibiotic ointment, to help prevent tick nasties from infecting her.
