shackleton bomber on a 15 hour anti sub patrol,two seater hunter jet fighter trainer on a local one for the boys flight,auster light aircraft,various helicopters and my last flight was in a glider, which i landed nice and soft in the tops of some fir trees because it was breaking up.Life is what you make it.
I did several times when I was taking lessons-- it is really a rush!

A few years ago I flew a glider for a couple of minutes. The slow speed and quietness of the flight was quite surreal.
When I was given control, it was the most aware and alert I've ever felt in my life. I was on a high for days after the flight.
I'd like to take it up as a hobby, but money's too tight to mention at the mo'.
