I have a problem giving a LEGAL document to someone with ILLEGAL status.
It might be a good way of finding out who these people are. I know many are hard working and honest but there's always a few bad apples in every bunch. Plus they can easily obtain a fake driver's license, they bribe people inside the DMV.
I think that only American citizens should have the right to have a driver's licenses!
