Driving there is a contact sport.. you either contact cars or the pavement... where there are no lowriders as lowriders would be lost in the pot holes in the street

While Memphis, TN, is no prize, I have to say that I think Miami, FL takes the cake on this one.
You have your old people and your people who just got to this country and are used to driving on the wrong side of the road or who are used to driving a donkey on a cart or something. And when I lived there it also had, well, me.
I did not even learn to become a decent driver until I moved to Omaha. I don't know if it was the calmer environment or getting older or what.
