I'm a housewife/stay at home mom. In 2007, no less. I get crap for it from quasi-feminist friends because I should be doing what I want. I AM! I keep a clean house, take excellent care of my family and pets, and enjoy myself in the down time. It isn't as easy as it seems, I work hard and can't call off, but it's super-rewarding.
You're right Birdie!! Although, at the moment I am lucky enough to be at home. But I have held jobs in between kiddies to make that little bit extra money.
