Tickle tickle!
In an emergency, I'll stick my finger up a nostril (one of mine!), or walk goofey and say "I'm a goofey, heeyuck, heeyuck". If the kid's old enough, all you really have to do is whisper "diarrhea" in their ear & it's all over (so to speak).
Tickling is about the extent of my repertoire.
you sing that "my bolgna has a first name, it's O S C A R...." and use the Elmer Fudd voice. my kids love it.
