If she's coming out and taking it from your property - she's just a rude & inconsiderate person... and is actually committing a petty-theft.
If you really want to make a stink of it - have her charged or sue her for the cost of your subscription.
It's cheaper that way, sorry I do it all the time too especially when it's the People Magazine getting delivered, either that or I need to make an appt at the docs to read it...either way!

I mean id be more than happy to let them have my paper after Im done reading it- no problem but to be sneaky and run over and swipe my paper- bad bad neighbors! I work hard for my money and I dont want to pay for someone else to get MY newspaper either!
