So bonds just got indicted with no proof. is this a reach.?!

Question: I say this because if they actually had any thing on him he'd be in jail a long time ago. now i'm not aruging for him-he probably took something i don't care about that-what i am more concerned about is how justice is potrayed now a days.

they'll have to prove his word against theirs. and if he loses on his word-because as i said they have no proof-every american should be worried about how justice no affects you. the justice system could easily place you in jail even if they can't prove it.

again i'm arguing for him. its his problem not mine. i'm more worried about the lack of logic in our justice system.

no proof or like you said he'd have been in jail a long time ago. my mom who is a detective laughed when she read this.

this says it all

'I'm curious what evidence they have now they didn't have before." '

this would have come about after the 1st year. it's a reach

No proof? Look at that guy's ******* head.

If you have ever studied the justice system you should have discovered that the evidence is presented in court and a jury shall decide if it was "proof" or not.
