Well, if you mean love them as FRIENDS, yes, i will indeed happen because if you are trapped on a deserted island then you will be depending on each other. But if you mean as a lover then that will only come if you WANT to love him/her in that way. I, personally, don't know if i would fall in love with them, but i would surely become friends with them.
Under those circumstances probably. The survival aspect would sorta force the bonding process.

Im almost positive I could...but thats only if it was a guy...girls on the other hand dont work well with me their to well idk they get mad easy, they argue, and make to much trouble. yeah and guys are more laid back and less mouthy and always a plus can help protect you from harm (well most of them anyway) but yeah there is very few guys...few meanin like 2.... that I might not in a million years want to do that but anyone yes yeah I think I could =D
