I prefer to travel late at night. Hardly any traffic and you can make much better time.

hmm well if you travel 500 miles, at about 65 miles an hour with as least one stop it would take about 8 hours. i would start in the afternoon because i would be tired after driving and you would get there at night time and your sleeping schedule wont be thrown off. Unless you have something to do for the day, and want to get there in the afternoon. but you might be tired! have a safe trip!
