I think a women has more physical benefits!! Actually, men r more physically strong as compared to women!! But in physical benefits a women is more beneficial as a women has the gift of beauty.........A women is also benefitted with a beautiful body!!! A women has the ability to nurse and give birth to a beautiful child !! A women may be physically weaker than men but she is soft !!!!

It is my opinion that there are physical benefits for both. I think that men are stronger and can bear pain a little better. On the other hand women are blessed with the ability to carry and give birth to a child and to nurse a child.
